Set Reminders

A reminder in InfoHub™ acts as an automated email sent to you or an individual you choose. You can create reminders based on usage or time intervals. Reminders are available for a variety of things in Infohub including:

• Operator Birthday Reminder

• License Expiration Reminder

• Insurance Expiration Reminder

• Equipment Insurance Reminder

• Equipment Tag Expiration Reminder

• Equipment Maintenance Reminder

Using reminders is a good way to effectively keep updated on your operators and equipment. Preventative maintenance reminders can help you keep your landscaping equipment in optimal running condition. A license expiration reminder can be helpful when planning ahead.

The process to set up a reminder is similar regardless of the type. We will show how to set up an Equipment Maintenance Reminder. Let’s assume that you have set up an equipment maintenance schedule for one of your crews already.

    1. Select the Gear Icon from the Utility menu in the Navigation Bar, then choose Tools & Settings from the dropdown.

    2. You will be taken to the settings page. From the Client Tools options, select Subscribe to Reminders.

    3. Choose Add Reminder then select Equipment Maintenance Reminder from the reminder name dropdown.

        a. Enter Subject Name and To (your email address).

        b.  the group which has the equipment you edited.

    4. Select Save.
