Configure InfoHub™ Settings


InfoHub provides an extensive list of settings, so you can customize your account to suit your unique business needs. You'll find account settings by selecting the gear icon in the utility menu of the Navigation Bar and choosing Tools & Settings.

Client Tools

A key area to note in Client Tools is the ability to Subscribe to Reminders for equipment maintenance.

The Maintenance Manager is also located within Client Tools and you can predefine the types of maintenance you want to keep track of.

Within Client Tools you can also manage proposal templates. Put winning proposals into the hands of your clients faster with a reusable proposal format that looks clean and professional.

Import Tools

Import your custom data into your monitoring solution with the client import tools. You can import data such as Group Settings and KML files for map data. For help importing data into your account, contact an InfoHub Support team member.

Job Site Tools

Get updates & monitor activity of your job site with the Job Site Tools.

An important first step to using InfoHub is to set the Job Site Types based on the services you offer. To do this:

  1. From Job Site Tools, select Create Job Site Types and Status.

  2. This will open the Job Site Type Editor. Choose Add New Type from the upper right menu.

  3. A popup menu will appear. Enter the Type Name. and optional description

Common types include: Lawn Care, Weed Control, and Landscaping Services.

When you are finished, choose Save.

New Features

As InfoHub grows, we anticipate adding new features and allowing you to configure many settings that may not be available at this time.
