Reports Overview

InfoHub’s Reporting component lets you generate and view reports about your operations data on demand and even schedule reports on a recurring basis. See the advantages of reports and watch how to create a report template.

This report will allow you to create a custom alert report. The template can be filtered by date range, alert types, crew, equipment, and other variables.

Sample Uses:

• See when equipment battery is failing

• Learn if equipment is used outside normal working hours or days

• See when equipment is removed from service area

• Monitor safety and unsafe vehicle or equipment operating speeds

• Entry/exit of custom geofence locations Ex: Excessive time/stops at gas station

Shows the arrival and departure information specific to customer job site locations providing a comparison of estimated to actual time, cost and deviation. The report can be filtered by date range, crew and customer job site.

Sample Uses:  

• Crew performance comparison for a Job Site(s)

• Review Estimate to Actual Cost for a single service or the entire season

• Show what Job Sites and Crews are exceeding estimated time and cost

• Show what Job site cost is exceeding bill rate

Show overall crew and equipment performance statistics using estimated and actual job site data rolled up for a given date range. This report can be filtered by date range, equipment and crew.

Sample Uses:

• View overall company effectiveness of meeting time and cost estimates

• Crew level effectiveness comparison of time and cost estimates

Review scheduled equipment maintenance information, based on the specified thresholds. The template can be filtered by crew and equipment.

Sample Uses:

• Use for estimating and planning scheduled downtime based on actual run hours

• Running an on demand report on rain days to minimize crew downtime

Displays a record of equipment maintenance history. The template can be filtered by date range and equipment.

Sample Uses:

• Use for reviewing and comparing overall maintenance cost and activity trends

• Assessing Total Cost of Ownership

• Service history for resale

Display equipment usage history. The template can be filtered by date range and equipment.

Sample Uses:

• Monitor if equipment is being used

• Monitor what equipment type is the most effective

This template displays information based on rules created within each geofence.  This report can be filtered by geofence  name, date range, crew, and equipment.

Sample Uses:

• Monitor when crews leave and return to the office

• Monitor  if equipment leaves a service area without authorization (theft)

• Monitor frequency and stop duration of locations (ex: gas station)
