Adding Crews & Equipment (Tips)
Add your operators and equipment to complete your crew to get maximum value from your InfoHub investment.
For now, you will want to add each operator in a crew and all of the mowing equipment you use individually. If you have a large amount of data, talk to an InfoHub support team member about having all your assets imported in the system.
Note: Operators are optional and you can enter contact information and personal information such as DOB, DL information, contact information, or employment documentation. They can be assigned to a piece of equipment as well.
Cost Per Crew Member
The cost per crew member normally includes the employee, equipment and operating expenses. It is used to help InfoHub track your internal operating costs over time.
When you save your settings, you will see the page reload with the Internal Operating Cost/Hr. Field populated with the cost per crew member multiplied by the total number of crew members.
Helpful Ways to Identify Your Assets
When adding information about a crew or equipment to InfoHub, you will want to create a logical naming convention. Having clearly named assets will allow you to stay organized and easily navigate your data.

Engine Details
In the equipment adding process, you will see a place to add details* about the equipment’s engine. We recommend that you input the current engine runtime hours to help better schedule and identify when it’s time for maintenance.
*Users are responsible for establishing the number of hours on the equipment at the time of installation of the InfoHub unit. Users should reference each individual equipment manuals for proper maintenance intervals and warranty information.
